Safeagent – Client Money Protection

Marlborough Homes is a Safeagent member and operates with Client Money Protection (CMP) in place.

Client Money Protection provides protection for landlords’ and tenants’ money held by a letting agent, subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable scheme.

Property Redress Scheme (PRS)

Marlborough Homes is a member of the Property Redress Scheme (PRS).

The PRS is a government-approved property redress scheme providing consumers with access to an independent complaints and redress process where a complaint cannot be resolved directly with us.
